Team Based Care
Here’s what that means for you.
You will continue to be assigned to your own family doctor. Your team includes admins, nurses, and other allied health care professionals working closely with your doctor for you.
Accessibility
We are working on a number of initiatives to make it easier to connect with us when you need us. The first step has been moving to this team approach. Now, you can also email us for appointments. Coming soon will be an interactive EMR with online booking.
